A new facility for Ngai Tahu tourism creating an office space, cafeteria, souvenir shop, and park entry into the long-standing Rainbow Springs tourist attraction.
The project consisted of ticket sales, administration, café, dining, souvenir shop and surrounding landscaped courtyards.
