About
A Landmark Reimagined for Tauranga.
Pūtahi Teia is the transformation of a former 1970s commercial building into a contemporary, culturally significant workplace and community hub in the heart of Tauranga. Delivered over 24 months, the project involved a substantial extension, seismic strengthening, full interior fit-out, and complete façade redevelopment. The revitalised building is defined by its striking piupiu-inspired aluminium screen, high-quality architectural finishes, and thoughtfully integrated Māori design elements, creating a landmark destination that celebrates both modern functionality and local cultural identity.
