Panuku Apartments
Residential / 2019
Auckland, NZ

About
A Haumaru Development consisting of 40 new apartments, as part of the Eke Panuku Development Auckland.
Its goal was to provide warm, dry homes to the social housing older community in Henderson. The building technologies chosen were: driven piles, reinforced blockwork, precast concrete floors, brick cladding, with long run steel roofing. An interesting sustainability element on this project was the inclusion of rainwater harvesting.
