Alaska delivered a new turnkey Admissions Ward for Allevia Hospitals within their live Gilgit Road facility, completing 800 m² of works in just 12 weeks through a fixed-cost Design and Build contract. Underpinned by transparent cost planning, careful staging around live clinical services, and close collaboration with hospital staff, the project delivered a modern, patient-focused space without disruption to day-to-day operations.
